Back home in Seattle
Thought I'd write a short entry as my photos are downloading, wanted to get more pics up, those last few days we saw such gorgeous land & sea!
Feeling strangely settled this first day back, almost like I'd never been gone, no jet lag, no sense of disorientation.
This morning when I awoke, it seemed almost like I had been in a long vivid dream. Was a truly wonder filled adventure on all fronts. The work John & I did both formally and informally was very fulfilling and a rich learning experience for everyone, maybe especially for us!
NZ is so varied, lush and tropical looking, such a rich visual treat!
Having three weeks together was an enormous gift that allowed for such a strong deepening of our knowing of who we are to each other and we look forward to our continued "approaching conversation"...
Next I'll put the photos up!

A cozy evening
after a chilly wet bike "home" from the Te Ra Waldorf School in Raumati South on the Kapiti Coast.
We are staying at Anna's house and her sweetie Warren is cooking up some Thai Curry that fills the house with both a wonderful smell and the feeling of warmth that cooking in the kitchen does. Amber, Anna's daughter is here with as well and it all feels quite lovely. We presented a very short intro to the Restorative Circle Work at the Te Ra school to a group of about 15 teachers. We haven't talked about "how it went" yet, I'm feeling anxious to hear John's feedback...such a steep learning curve with this "dance" we are doing, so improvisationaly.
We'll be here through Sunday weaving work explorations into bike rides on the beach, reading, and whatever arrives...
till again.

Paraparaumu
Been here one week and its the first chance to get this blog up and going! Set out to catch the train from Auckland 14th October; standing at the Middlemore station, the train sped by 75 mph or so. We didn't know we had to alert "them" that we wanted to get on there instead of the Auckland Station which was where the tickets had been purchased for.
So we rented a car from A2B car rentals and took off for an even better adventure! Will upload photos soon to share a slice of the spectacular topography and light of that day.
A 3 day training in Whanganui, full of play, learning (for us and the participants!), laughter & tears. Such a rich experience. And such a beautiful town! Many serendipitous occurrences continuing the sense of destiny that we are seeing and feeling here. Full on in the middle of the mystery.
Today the Paraparaumu sun is warming us. John is working on a flyer for his first Australian training of this trip on Nov 5th. He's got a great sound track for the afternoon playing. Our bellies full of homemade vegetable soup after a long bike ride along the wild west coast beach with the Tasman Sea on our right side. So grateful for this amazing adventure of work, play and love.
